JET Performance Products is looking for a software engineer to fill a challenging position in the development of state of the art automotive electronics.

Position:
Software Engineer to design and implement real time embedded software for a variety of automotive products. Job duties will include software/firmware development and testing, close cooperation with hardware engineering, documentation and version control.

Requirements:

A BS degree in computer or electrical engineering.

Experience:
Strong background in C/C++ and assembly language programming for 8/16/32 bit microcontrollers with emphasis on with Motorola 16 and 32 bit microcontrollers.  Experience with software development tools (emulators, simulators, etc.) Knowledge of CPUs, Flash/ROM/RAM and other devices used in embedded control systems. Knowledge of automotive networks (CAN, J1850, ISO9141 etc.) a definite plus.

The successful applicant must be a self-starter capable of working with minimal supervision.
