Dominator Carburetors:

STAGE 1 - A Stage 1 Holley® Dominator begins with the disassembly and inspection of the carburetor for proper sizing of the idle, transition, acceleration and main metering circuits. The main body and metering blocks checked for straightness, boosters are aligned in the venturi and the throttle bores are aligned for proper seating. The carburetor is then reassembled using the highest quality parts and minor calibration changes may be made if deemed necessary by our technicians.
STAGE 2 - A Stage 2 features all the modifications of a Stage 1 plus; the metering blocks are fully modified to achieve the perfect fuel curve for the application. Removable air bleeds are installed for the ultimate in tuning capabilities. Modified floats and high flow needle and seats are installed, and the carburetor is fully calibrated for the specific application. Airflow remains unchanged from stock rating.
STAGE 3 - A Stage 3 Dominator includes all of the Stage 1 & 2 modifications, and also features increased venturi diameter, radiused and modified throttle shafts for greatly increased airflow. Annular discharge boosters are modified for increase signal strength and fuel atomization to promote better fuel distribution and greatly decreasing fuel "puddling" which can cause spikes in the fuel curve. Stage 3 Dominators are intended for pro street, super gas, super comp and comp eliminator style vehicles.
STAGE 4 - The Ultimate Dominator. Fully polished and radiused venturis deliver the maximum possible air volume to our unique billet "POWER BOOSTER." Designed and improved upon over the last 15 years, this has been a secret weapon of many pro racers. Because of recent clones, we are now advertising these to the public. Not a "modified" stock booster, this totally custom booster features signal strength and atomization characteristics second to none. Pro Stock Dominators are available with oversized butterfly's for an additional charge.

STAGE 4 - Starting with the recently released Holley® HP Series Carburetors, JET takes them to their maximum potential for the ultimate 4150 race carburetor. Venturi size is increased by .030 and throttle shafts are trimmed and radiused for the ultimate airflow from a standard flange carburetor. The metering blocks are fully blueprinted, balancing main well volumes, optimizing the emulsion system, idle circuit calibration, power valve circuit sizing and high speed calibration to precisely match the specifications of your motor. Electric choke and four corner idle circuit are optional on all Stage 2 carburetors.
STAGE 3 - A Stage 3 is intended for high performance pro street style vehicles and racing application. All Stage 3 carburetors include all of the Stage 1 & 2 modifications plus radiused air inlet area and modified venturis for greatly increased airflow, modified discharge boosters for increased signal strength and atomization, machines throttle shafts, four corner idle circuits, fully modified metering blocks, modified floats and high flow needle and seats. These carburetors are custom turned and calibrate for each specific application. Electric choke is optional on all Stage 3 carburetors.
STAGE 4 - A Stage 4 features all previous modification plus: the air horn apparatus is completely removed through a CNC machining procedure. The center section is then completely hand radiused to achieve the maximum allowable airflow. Removable air bleeds are installed for the ultimate in tuning capabilities. A Stage 4 is intended for full race, high RPM applications where the ultimate in performance carburetion is desired.

STAGE 1 - A Stage 1 Holley® 2 BBL starts with a core that shows the greatest "stock" airflow. Metering blocks are fully modified, and the jetting, power valve and accelerator pump circuits are calibrated for the specific application. These modifications are done to promote maximum off-the-corner torque as well as straight-away horsepower. A .130 needle and seat is installed for high RPM fuel delivery and the float is modified to control fuel slosh during cornering and braking. The carburetor is assembled using the highest quality components and finished with a 3/8" fuel inlet.
STAGE 2 - A Stage 2 starts with all of the modifications of a Stage 1 and features a 1.75 throttle bore (butterfly) versus a 1.690 that is stock. This increases airflow and also helps equalize fuel distribution in the intake manifold. This is commonly referred to as a "Cheater" carburetor because it passes any inspection as long as it is not removed from the manifold.
STAGE 3 - A Stage 3 features all of the modifications of a Stage 1 and 2 plus the venturi diameter is increased to the maximum allowable size for a substantial.

STAGE 1 - A Stage 1 Quadrajet starts with a complete disassembly of the hand selected core, cleaning and inspection procedure. The casting plugs are sealed with epoxy to prevent leak-down into the intake manifold. All circuits are checked for proper sizing and the calibration is checked for proper jets, primary metering rods and secondary metering rods. The carburetor is then reassembled using the highest quality components with a new float, choke pull-off and bronze bushed throttle shafts. A Stage 1 is intended to restore factory stock performance.
STAGE 2 - A Stage 2 has all of the features of a Stage 1 plus features fully recalibrated idle, off idle, main, accelerator pump and high speed circuits to match any modifications done to the engine such as intake manifold, headers, ignition or mild cam change. A Stage 2 features improved idle quality, instant throttle response and maximum torque and horsepower for street-strip vehicles, tow vehicles, RV's and watercraft with modified engines.
STAGE 3 - A Stage 3 Quadrajet is intended for serious street-strip and race applications such a circle track and NHRA stock and super stock classes. An oversized .149 needle and seat assembly is the start to this fully modified race piece. Main well size is increased and balanced to assure proper top end, high RPM fuel flow. Extensive circuit modifications are performed to keep the fuel curve correct throughout the RPM range, to obtain clean idle quality and instant off the line response for consistent race winning performance.

We now offer a Quadrajet carburetor tuned for Chevy & GMC cars and trucks with 396 ci and larger modified big block engines. The carburetor is extensively reworked by increasing main well size and is balanced to assure top end high RPM fuel flow. Several circuit modifications are made to keep the fuel curve correct throughout the entire RPM range and to keep consistent idle quality. Includes a .149 needle and seat to ensure adequate fuel flow.
The carburetor is designed for modified big block motors with a dual plane intake manifold, headers, 8.5-9.5:1 compression ratio and mild ported or aftermarket heads. Recommended cam specs: Duration @ .050 min 210 degrees, max 240 degrees and a lobe separation angle of 110-114 degrees.

We now offer a Quadrajet carburetor built exclusively for circle track racing. The carburetor is extensively reworked by increasing main well size and is balanced to assure high RPM fuel flow. Several circuit modifications are made for a richer fuel curve throughout the entire RPM range, particularly at wide open throttle. Includes a .149 needle and seat to ensure adequate fuel flow.
The carburetor is designed for heavily modified 355-406ci small block motors with a single plane intake manifold, headers, 11.5:1 compression ratio and high flowing cylinder heads. Recommended cam specs: Duration @ .050 min 250 degrees plus, lift .525 plus.

The Circle Track 500 CFM 2G begins with a .130 needle and seat assembly for adequate fuel supply and a small diameter float for maximum float bowl volume. The cluster is modified based on engine and vehicle specs to keep the fuel curve correct throughout the RPM range. Idle, transition and accelerator pump circuits are modified to application. Tapped to accept Holley jets for ease of tuning and finished with a 3/8" fuel inlet. Note: This 2G is modified to 500 CFM from a smaller core. The casing ridge has been removed but it will pass a gauge test. Venture size: 1 3/8", Bore size: 1 11/16".

Throttle Shaft Bushing Kits:
The JET throttle shaft bushing kits for Rochester and Holley carburetors will restore your throttle valve assembly to better than new tolerances. Quadrajet Rebuild Kits:
JET has released 2 new rebuild kits for Quadrajet carburetors. Part number 201003 is a complete, high quality rebuild kit for
JET Performance Quadrajet part numbers 35001, 35002, 35003, 35004, 36002 and 36004. The kit will also work on any non-electronic M4 series Quadrajet.
Part number 201004 fits
JET Performance Quadrajet part numbers 34001, 34002, 34003, 34005 and 34006. The kit will also rebuild any 1966-1978 4M series Quadrajet.
Both kits include complete needle and seat assembly, accelerator pump, fuel filter gasket, choke seals, body to base gasket, air horn gasket, carburetor to intake gasket and air cleaner gasket.
- Both kits contain all gaskets and parts necessary for a complete high quality rebuild.

Quadrajet Floats:
JET now offers replacement floats for Quadrajet carburetors. Floats are made from nitrophyl,
which absorbs fuel over time causing the floats to sink in
the float bowl. This causes the carburetor to run rich,
flood and affects idle quality.
JET Part number 201017 is a replacement
float for
JET Quadrajet carburetor part numbers 35001, 35002, 35003, 36001 and 36002. It is also a direct replacement float for all non-electronic M4 series Quadrajet carburetors.
JET Part number 201007 is a replacement

Quadrajet Electric Choke Kits:
JET has released two electric choke kits for Quadrajet carburetors. JET part number 201354 is a replacement electric choke thermostat only and fits all Quadrajets that came with an electric choke including all JET Quadrajet carburetors with an electric choke (35001, 35002, 36001, 36002.)
JET part number 201355 is a conversion kit that gives you all the parts necessary to convert a factory Quadrajet carburetor with a heat tube style choke to a simple to hook up, 12 volt electric choke. The kit includes the electric choke thermostat, choke hold downs, required screws, electrical connector, drill bit and tap for the conversion.

The Powr-Flo Spacers bore is designed to increase the velocity of the air flow into the intake manifold. JET can custom rebuild your existing carburetor to match your vehicles specifications.
Custom Powder Coating and Chroming
- JET Holley carburetors can be powder coated a variety of colors. Also float bowls and throttle shafts can be chromed for that show finish.
Alcohol
- JET can modify any Holley 2 BBL or 4 BBL (no Dominators) for use with alcohol. Alcohol engines require 2.2 times the amount of fuel of a gas engine, requiring extensive modifications to the fuel metering circuits and custom stainless .150 needle and seat assemblies.
Fuel Injection Flow Balancing
- Using a ANSU ultrasonic fuel injector cleaning and flow balancing bench, both Tuned Port and Throttle Body injectors can have any built up deposits ultrasonically removed and their flow volume checked and equalized for peak injector performance. Includes new injector filters and o-rings.
